With support from the National Science Foundation, IGES works with colleges, universities and other institutions to offer Earth system science courses for K-12 and pre-service teachers.
The Alliance is a publicly and privately funded initiative of IGES to promote understanding and use of land, air and sea observations for societal and economic benefit.
